Part‑Time Dental Assistant Job Description

Mid America Health is currently seeking a 32‑hour, part‑time Dental Assistant to join our Ohio team. This position is scheduled 4 days per week – Monday through Thursday – from 6:30 am until 3:00 pm and is located at Allen Correctional Institution in Lima, OH. There are no late nights or weekends. Pay starts at $19 plus per hour, and a sign‑on bonus is available.

• Routine chairside duties: preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care
• Very limited endodontic work; no orthodontics or crown & bridge required
• Administrative duties as required

• 1 year experience preferred
• Certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Active Ohio Radiographer License (required)
