Dental Assistant – Entry Level at Aspen Dental

Pay: $18 – $19 per hour. Full‑time.

• Assist with a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Set up, clean, and break down operatory rooms before and after procedures.
• Maintain infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Document patient charting for doctors.
• Perform general office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain required radiology and safety certification in the state of practice within the specified timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Pathway to become a DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
