• The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community
• Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
• The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
• Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
• Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
• Very Flexible schedule options! (3x12 hour shifts or 4-10s or 5-8s)
• 2 patients per hour seen
• Working in a team of 4-8 other providers

Community of 120,000 people is nestled in NW Ohio surrounded by beautiful parks and lakes. We have two very large lakes within 45 minutes, two world known amusement parks within 2 hours (Kings Island and Cedar Point).

Lima is located in northwest central Ohio, on Interstate 75, 10 miles south of junction U.S. Route 30.
