We are currently seeking a skilled Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Radiology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services in the field of radiology. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, contributing significantly to the overall healthcare delivery system. As a Locum MD Radiology, you will be involved in a variety of medical imaging projects, utilizing advanced technology to support patient care.

• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of radiology reports and patient records.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in the field of radiology.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating imaging equipment.
• Provide guidance and supervision to radiologic technologists and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address any concerns.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review cases and outcomes.

• Medical degree with specialization in Radiology.
• Valid license to practice as a Medical Doctor in the specified location.
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting a variety of imaging studies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) software.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.

Schedule:

Swing or night shifts

Shift Information: 5p-12a or 12a-7a

Average Daily Volume: 100 cases

Board certification required
