At Northwest Physical Therapy, we are looking for a dynamic Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our expanding team. As a "Floater," this Licensed PTA will cover for scheduled and non scheduled coverage needs. The Physical Therapist Assistant's role is to act as the patient’s partner throughout the journey of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best in their own home and in our 4 outpatient clinics.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out the care plan in the home in conjunction with the Physical therapist. As a home health therapist, you can set your own hours, and manage your own schedule! No weekends, no holidays, no evenings, no On-Call!

• Travel to 4 outpatient physical therapy clinics, and/or patients' homes.
• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs through your skilled therapy interventions.
• Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve patient’s motion and mobility in their home.
• Carry out care plans using a variety of treatment techniques and coordinate with your lead therapist to carry out such plans.
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally.
• Document patient care services.
