TMC is a therapy provider that offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care facilities. We are expanding and looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team.

• Comprehensive Assessment:
  Conduct clinical examinations and diagnostic tests to identify impairments, functional limitations, and contributing factors, forming a holistic understanding of each patient’s condition.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, employing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and patient education.
• Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Techniques:
  Perform hands‑on manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, manual stretching) and prescribe therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and neuromuscular re‑education to improve strength, flexibility, and motor control.
• Pain Management and Modalities:
  Tailor treatment modalities to each patient’s needs, monitor responses, and adjust parameters as necessary.
• Functional Training and Rehabilitation:
  Guide patients through functional mobility training, gait training, and activities of daily living retraining, incorporating real‑life scenarios and environmental modifications to facilitate skill transfer to home and community settings.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
