Kindred Hospital Lima is seeking a compassionate patient care assistant to support the nursing team on the Patient Care Unit. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patients, and document care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, completion of a Patient Care Training program, BCLS, and at least 6 months of patient care experience. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.
