Are you passionate about helping children and families thrive through compassionate and evidence-based care?
We’re looking for a Clinical Therapist to join our team and play a key role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and families involved in foster care and community-based programs.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering trauma-informed therapy, supporting family reunification and stabilization, and helping youth navigate their healing journey.

Clinical Therapist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and caregivers
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans
- Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Collaborate with foster care staff, caseworkers, and community partners
- Support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- LSW or LPC Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, or clinical settings
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with trauma, attachment, and family systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
