Job Description

Responsible to participate on a team to pack a product received from a making area (for example liquid, powder, capsules, pills) that gets labeled and packaged, or a finished product item (for example: brush, floss, paste, refills, razors) that gets packaged, manually or with the assistance of a machine or robot. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate.

Operates and maintains the equipment in their area.

Operate and maintain high-speed automated equipment, computer systems, or product distribution systems. Own and manage the equipment in your area and participate in packaging operations to ensure production flow and quality.

We are seeking team players who can take charge of business-related challenges and help keep production running smoothly. Plant Technicians support production goals and maintain high quality for consumer products. We hire at entry level and advance through demonstrated operating, maintenance, and leadership skills in a self-directed team environment.

Meaningful work on Day 1 includes involvement with production technology and equipment from the start, impacting situations and influencing business-related problems.

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, gloves & respirator) and use appropriate fall protection (as needed)
• Are willing to work rotating shifts

Starting Pay / Salary Range

• $23.40 Per Hour
