Job SummaryA member of the Maintenance Department responsible for providing mechanical maintenance support for plant facilities and equipment. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift position.
Compensation & IncentivesCompetitive wages based on experience. Additional paid relief days, $1,000 sign‑on bonus, and eligibility for other incentives.
Responsibilities- Installing, repairing and maintaining industrial buildings and machinery.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
- Possibly fabricating parts and assemblies.
- Welding, brazing and cutting (shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, oxy‑fuel).
- General plant maintenance.
- Perform department duties as needed.
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work any shift.
- Capable of lifting and handling 50 lbs.
- Exposed to seasonal temperature changes.
- Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and vibration.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous mechanical or construction experience a plus.
- Welding skills a plus.
- Millwright apprenticeship program required.
- Machining background required.
- Fabrication experience required.
- Eligible upon hire:
Company‑paid safety shoes and prescription safety glasses. - Eligible after 30 days:

Participation in the production incentive pay program (potential to add $1–$2 per hour to base pay, based on production). - Eligible after 90 days:
Paid relief days, paid time off (PTO), vacation, employee referral program. - Eligible after 6 months: 401(k) program.
