Director of Nursing (DON) – Lima, OH. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse leader to join our skilled nursing facility in Lima, Ohio. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll guide and support a strong clinical team committed to providing the highest level of resident care.

• Oversee the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork
• Partner with facility leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and strong clinical outcomes

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
