Case MixCRNAs will gain experience in a wide variety of cases, including cardiac, vascular, thoracic, OB, pediatrics, neuro, trauma, general surgery, and orthopedics, providing a rich and diverse clinical environment to enhance professional skills.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia across a broad range of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Perform airway management, regional anesthesia, and preoperative evaluations with precision.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff to deliver high‑quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Flexible shift options: 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts.
- In‑house 24‑hour call for cardiac‑trained CRNAs, with all 24 hours counting toward the 80‑hour pay period.
- Additional pay of $130/hour for hours worked over 80 in a two‑week period.
- Voluntary overtime opportunities available for added flexibility and earning potential.
The position offers a base salary of $235,000-$250,000, based on experience, with additional benefits including:
- $100,000 student loan reimbursement for a 5‑year commitment or up to $60,000 sign‑on bonus.
- Competitive hourly pay for overtime.
- Seven weeks of vacation (280 hours total time off).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, disability, and retirement plans.
- Cardiac‑trained CRNAs required to take call.
- Proficiency in airway management, regional anesthesia, and preoperative evaluation.
