A reputable hospital in Findlay, Ohio, seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dynamic anesthesia team. • Administer anesthesia across a broad range of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Perform airway management, regional anesthesia, and preoperative evaluations with precision.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff to deliver high‑quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Flexible shift options: 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts.
• In‑house 24‑hour call for cardiac‑trained CRNAs, with all 24 hours counting toward the 80‑hour pay period.
• Additional pay of $130/hour for hours worked over 80 in a two‑week period.
• Voluntary overtime opportunities available for added flexibility and earning potential.

The position offers a base salary of $235,000-$250,000, based on experience, with additional benefits including:

• $100,000 student loan reimbursement for a 5‑year commitment or up to $60,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Competitive hourly pay for overtime.
• Seven weeks of vacation (280 hours total time off).
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, disability, and retirement plans.

• Cardiac‑trained CRNAs required to take call.
• Proficiency in airway management, regional anesthesia, and preoperative evaluation.
