Weekend Package Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role at Trilogy Health Services, LLC
Position overview and program details follow. Applications are invited for the Weekend Package CNA role, with incentives and weekend shift expectations described below.
Responsibilities- Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting as needed (activities of daily living).
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
- Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Works a minimum of 2 weekend shifts (8-hr or 12-hr).
- The Weekend Package incentive is an additional $2.50/hour for hours from 6:00 pm Friday to 7:00 am Monday.
- Additional shift differentials apply when working evening or night shifts on weekends.
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
- Active state Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
- 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred.
