• Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  36 hours per week
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/22/2025, End: 3/23/2026)
• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend
• Openings Available: 2 ICU RN positions
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1700 – $1820

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (Registered Nurse Ohio)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Immediate Open Heart Recovery experience required (preferably 3 years recent)
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• TNCC certification highly preferred
• Willingness to float to all units within skill level
• Current ICU skills checklist (within 1 year)
• All certifications must be current (no pending certifications)

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for critically ill patients using age‑specific criteria
• Deliver expert care for ICU patients, including immediate open heart recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other hospital units as needed, based on ICU RN skill set
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non‑RN staff (LPNs, PCTs, Unit Secretaries)
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
