👩‍⚕️ Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-Hour Shifts

An exciting opportunity is available for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an established anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Lima, Ohio. Enjoy a highly autonomous practice model, diverse surgical cases, flexible scheduling, and an attractive compensation package!

• 💵 Base Salary: Starting at $235,000+, with higher compensation based on experience

• 🎉 Sign-On Bonus: $60,000 with a 3-year commitment

• 🎓 Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 with a 5-year commitment

• ⏱️ Premium Overtime Pay: $185/hour

• 🌴 Paid Time Off: 280 hours annually

• 🚚 Relocation assistance available

Gain experience across a broad range of surgical specialties, including:

• 🩺 General Surgery

• 🦴 Orthopedics

• 🧠 Neurosurgery

• 🤱 Obstetrics (OB)

• ❤️ Cardiac Surgery

• 🚨 Trauma

📌 Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.

• ❤️ Cardiac-trained CRNAs may participate in cardiac call

• 🌙 24-hour in-house call opportunities

• ⏱️ All call hours count toward the 80-hour pay period

• 💰 Significant overtime earning potential through the call structure

Required Qualifications:

• ✅ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• 📋 Eligible for Ohio licensure

• 💉 Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases

Preferred Qualifications:

• ❤️ Cardiac anesthesia experience or training

• 💪 Interest in an autonomous CRNA practice model

• 🚑 Comfort with trauma and diverse surgical cases
