Requirements- Active Ohio APRN license with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Active Ohio APRN license with Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) certification
- Active Ohio APRN license with Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) certification
- Active Ohio Physician Assistant (PA-C) license with primary care experience
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Experience with Tebra or comparable EHR/practice management software preferred
- Experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort working within a collaborative, multi-provider practice
