Concrete Carpenter​/IMP Panel Installer

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr

Per Diem: $700/week

Mileage Reimbursement Available

Schedule: 50 hours/week average, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking experienced Concrete Carpenters to support a large expansion project at a food manufacturing facility in Lima, Ohio. This role will primarily involve commercial concrete work, including slab-on-grade and vertical concrete construction. After the concrete phase is completed, employees will transition to installing insulated metal panel (IMP) wall systems.

• Build and install concrete forms using plywood and wood framing
• Perform slab-on-grade and vertical concrete work
• Place and tie rebar
• Assist with concrete pours
• Finish concrete surfaces to project specifications
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
• Maintain a safe and productive job site

• Install prefabricated insulated metal panels (IMP)
• Measure and cut materials as needed for proper fit and installation
• Align, secure, and lock panels into place
• Ensure work meets quality and production standards

• 2+ years of commercial concrete carpentry experience (3-4+ years preferred)
• Experience with:
• Concrete form setting
• Slab-on-grade construction
• Vertical concrete construction
• Rebar placement
• Concrete pouring and finishing
• Plywood and wood-frame formwork
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to cut and fit materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Food manufacturing or GMP environment experience
• Experience with insulated metal panel (IMP) installation

A reliable commercial concrete carpenter who has experience with formwork, rebar placement, concrete finishing, and measuring/layout work. Candidates who are comfortable transitioning into IMP panel installation and can work efficiently in a team-oriented construction environment will be highly successful in this role.

This is a Contract position based out of Lima, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
