- Compass Rail is seeking a Railcar Repair Tech to inspect freight railcars and perform minor in-service repairs. You will identify defects, perform safe repairs, and ensure FRA and AAR compliance. A valid driver’s license and ability to work with tools are required.
Full-time position with competitive hourly pay. You will document inspections, coordinate with yard personnel, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following PPE and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
