• Home weekly for your 34 hour reset
• 100% no touch freight, 50 to 60% drop and hook
• About 80% of the miles stay in the Midwest, average haul around 300 miles

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth, all automatic
• Assigned to you, and you can take it home on your time off
• Double bunk, 1,250 watt inverter, no driver facing camera

• $0.57 to $0.64 per mile based on experience, plus loyalty pay after 12 months
• About 2,000 miles a week
• Top 20% of drivers on this fleet earn $1,650+ weekly
• Monthly bonus up to 3 cents per mile for safety, miles and productivity
• Detention $12.50 an hour after 2 hours, layover and breakdown $100 a day
• Short haul minimum pay starting at $100 per load

• $3,000 total: $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 6 months
• 3 day orientation at the Springfield, Ohio terminal, $100 a day
• Single hotel room and bus ticket provided
• After 1 year you can become a trainer: $250 a week guaranteed plus 5 cents per mile over 1,875 miles
• 401k with company match up to 5%
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, up to 4 weeks after 15 years
• Yearly pay increase
• Rider and pet policy (1 dog or cat up to 80 lbs)

• 21 or older, current Class A CDL issued by one state, US driver's license for the last 12 months
• 3 months tractor trailer experience in the last 36 months, or 6 months in the last 5 years or 12 months in the last 10 years with a road test
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no preventable accidents in 5 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years if you held a CDL-A at the time, 5 years if before
• No serious violations in the last 12 months
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical, no failed or refused test ever
