We are recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a prestigious main dealership located in Cambridge. Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Preparing and selling service and repair work to customers Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle history records Promoting additional products and services to maximise earning potential Requirements:
