Job Location Belfast Salary Negotiable About the Company INFORM3 construction recruitment are working on behalf of a Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor which are currently active on multiple exciting projects around the Belfast area. Providing first class workmanship and delivering high quality construction projects across a range of Public and Private Sectors. With works in Health, Education, Sport and Leisure, Retail and Office Blocks, Arts and Culture, Social and Private Housing, Ecclesiastical, Transport and Tourism markets delivering construction excellence throughout Ireland.

My client has a reputation of delivering interesting projects with long term security They are keen to chat to engineers with 3 years experience

The Role Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure works are done to a high standard. Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project. Supervise trades on site and act as a point of contact for subbies, architect and client. Ensure H&S standards are met and adhered to on site.

Support the Project Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Requirements A Degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Experience with a Main Contractor Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
