TES Power is an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Power Distribution solutions. Due to the continued growth and expansion, we are seeking motivated and experienced Team Leaders to support our daily operations within our production environment at our Data Centre campus in Ballykelly.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a high-performing team in the delivery of power infrastructure solutions.

About the role
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of mechanical, electrical and operative assembly staff.
  • Coordinate daily workloads to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support
  • Liaise with supervisors, engineering, and planning teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  • Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety policies and procedures

The Person:

  • 1+ years experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing or engineering
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, assembly and or high-volume environments is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices

Desirable

  • Experience in switch gear, power systems, or data centre infrastructure
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship
