35 hours per week

Job Purpose

Primarily Field based in Waterside, Cityside, Limavady & Strabane areas as required.

Arrange initial visits to service user homes and completion of Service User Agreements along with the completion of risk assessments for and with service users
To contribute to the on-going assessment and review of need of each service user
To undertake and complete Quality Annual Monitoring visits with each service user
To check service user satisfaction by regular telephone contact
Deputise with the management of the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Service Manager
To carry out spot checks with staff and report outcomes to service manager
Minimum of 18 months paid experience supporting older people in a domiciliary/social care setting.
Flexible approach to working hours
Full driving licence and access to a car
Ability to provide on-call support to Care Workers outside of office hours.
