With a committed team and a focus on building a positive organisational culture, the HR & Organisational Development department plays a central role in promoting fair practices, staff development, and continuous improvement across the organisation. About you A third-level qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 4, Degree) or equivalent; CIPD membership or working towards it is essential Minimum of three years relevant management experience in areas such as Human Resources, Organisation Development, or Payroll;

candidates without formal qualifications must demonstrate at least six years' experience covering HR advice, employee relations, and team supervision Working knowledge of HRIS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships effectively What you'll do Support and assist the Employee Relations team with casework and administrative responsibilities Advise managers and senior leaders on ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and dignity at work cases Help manage complex employee relations issues related to sickness absence, probation, and capability Ensure all casework adheres to policies, procedures, and employment legislation Assist in the review and development of ER policies and processes Foster positive working relationships across departments to promote fair and consistent case management This is a six-week temporary role perfect for HR professionals looking to make an immediate impact.
