This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to lead and support a well-established organisation during a crucial period of change and growth. Day-to-day of the role:
Lead and manage the day-to-day HR function. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management. Support senior stakeholders with strategic HR initiatives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Ensure policies and procedures are compliant and up to date. Drive engagement and support organisational change projects. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating at HR Manager level. Strong employee relations knowledge and confident case management experience. Ideally CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience). Available at short notice / immediately. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Benefits:
