General Operative - Ballykelly

TES Power is an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Power Distribution solutions. Due to the continued growth and expansion, we are seeking skilled General Operatives
to join our expanding production team in Ballykelly.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting the assembly and manufacture of power and switch gear systems, with full training provided.

• Assist in the assembly and production build process of switch gear equipment

• Operate basic tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Support mechanical fitters and panel wirers in daily tasks

• Follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures

• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail

• Carry out basic inspections and report any issues or defects

• Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

The Person:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Good work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Basic understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace

Desirable

• Experience using hand tools or working in an engineering environment

• Exposure to assembly, wiring, or mechanical tasks

• Flexibility to work overtime when required
