General Operative - SMD - Ballykelly

• Assist in the fabrication and manufacturing process of switch gear equipment

• Operate basic tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Support SMD machine/process operatives in daily tasks

• Follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures

• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail

• Carry out basic inspections and report any issues or defects

• Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Essential

• Previous experience in amanufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Good work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Basic understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace

Desirable

• Experience using hand tools or working in an engineering environment

• Exposure to assembly or mechanical tasks

• Flexibility to work overtime when required
