Quality Systems Engineer (Manufacturing / Engineering) £40,000 - £45,000  Private Healthcare  Training  Progression  Free Parking  Company Benefits Limavady, Northern Ireland Are you a Quality Engineer looking to take ownership of quality systems within a growing engineering manufacturer, working across the water, wastewater and energy sectors? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, multi-site engineering business that designs and manufactures a diverse range of specialist products, including chemical dosing systems, pump skids, control panels, GRP products and bespoke engineering solutions.

In this varied role, you'll take ownership of the company's digital Quality Management System while providing hands-on quality assurance throughout the full project lifecycle. You'll work closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement and Project Management teams to develop inspection processes, manage quality gates, investigate non-conformances and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role would suit a Quality Engineer or Quality Systems Engineer from a manufacturing or engineering background looking for a varied role with technical development and progression within a growing business.

The Role:

Helping to manage and develop the company's digital Quality Management System Creating and improving Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), inspection forms and workflows Carrying out quality assurance throughout design, fabrication, assembly and testing Managing quality gates, inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) Raising and investigating NCRs and implementing corrective actions Conducting root cause analysis and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Supporting ISO 9001 audits and wider quality compliance

The Person :
Quality Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer or similar background
