Chinook Winds Casino Resort is hiring an Agent for casino surveillance in Lincoln City. The role monitors equipment and casino activity to protect assets and support regulatory compliance.

• Monitor casino areas and operations, handle sensitive information confidentially and report safety or procedural concerns.
• Assist with investigations, audits and reviews; prepare accurate reports and logs.
• Identify equipment faults and make repairs or notify the appropriate team.

• Age 21 or older and a high school diploma.
• One year of related experience in gaming, loss prevention, law enforcement or an equivalent field; review the employer’s precise experience wording.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills and the ability to obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
• Availability for rotating shifts, ongoing training, a background investigation, pre-employment drug screening and a 180-day introductory period.

The work involves prolonged sitting in a busy office, moderate to loud noise and possible smoke exposure. Employees in this role cannot gamble or enter promotions at the resort, and transfers to other departments may be restricted for up to one year.
