Store employees maintain well-stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

As a Delivery Driver, you will put your safe driving skills to work, support commercial customers and DIY shoppers, and help the store teams maintain a high‐touch experience.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers, providing clear automotive advice, and offering installation support.
• Collaborate closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
