We’re a locally owned and operated Sport Clips location in Lincoln Park, NJ, and we’re looking for a licensed and experienced Salon Manager to join our growing team! You’ll lead by example—balancing your time between cutting on the floor, coaching and developing your team, and managing the day‑to‑day operations of the salon. This is your store to lead! You’ll also play a vital role in growing the business through behind‑chair marketing, community involvement, local events, and by creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms.

Our salon managers typically average $22 – $35+ per hour including base pay, tips and incentives!

• New Jersey Cosmetology or barber License (Required)
