IT Support
This role keeps daily order processing, EDI transactions, and IT operations running smoothly across a legacy AIX/Rocket Universe (Multi Value) business system. The position blends hands-on operational monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting with front-line IT support for staff, network, and equipment issues. This is not a software-development role — it does not require writing or maintaining program code. Instead, the successful candidate will build comfort querying the existing database directly to pull reports, investigate order or transaction issues, and answer day-to-day operational questions without needing to involve a programmer.
This is a key organizational role. The systems and processes this position supports underpin core daily order flow, EDI trading-partner relationships, and company IT infrastructure. Much of this institutional knowledge currently exists with very few people, making this a critical role for business continuity.
