Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and communicate changes to physicians and care teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize strong critical thinking and communication skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN license in New Jersey
- BSN Required
- Prefers 1-2 years of inpatient nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.
