Responsibilities- Receives food and supplies and verifies receipt delivered according to standard policy, procedures, and specifications. Measurement Method:
Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Responsible for proper storage and rotation of all food and non-food products according to standard policy and procedures. Measurement Method:
Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Responsible for the sanitation of all refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas on a daily basis according to department policies and procedures. Measurement Method:
Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Responsible for the proper dating, labeling and storage of all fresh dairy and meat products. Measurement Method:
Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Responsible for the rotating of all milk and juice deliveries on a daily basis, checking expiration dates to ensure freshness of stock. Measurement Method:
Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Responsible for ensuring all storeroom, freezers and refrigerators meet all safety code violations. Measurement Method:

Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Employees carry out the principles of guest relations by maintaining good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with all guests, employees, supervisors, outside contacts, and patients. Measurement Method:
Supervisory Observation with Examples. - Attends department meetings and in-services while on duty and keeps current with all department policies and procedures.
- Additional essential functions may be supplemented as necessary.
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Prior Food Service experience. On the job training provided.
Interrelationships: Food Service Managers/Associate Director, Food Service employees, delivery men and employees in other departments.
Physical and Environmental DemandsMajority of day standing and walking, lifting and bending.
Environmental concerns:
Heat, cold, wet floors.
