Position: B2B Sales Representative
Hours/Week:
Full-time, 40+ hours
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth throughout Northern NJ. Promote our services as the Premier Restoration company in the area and become their preferred choice when disaster strikes. Compensation:
Base salary plus commission

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Agents, Property Managers and service providers (plumbers) within territory assignedConduct a thorough needs assessment to understand clients' needs and pain pointsPresent our services as compelling solutions to client needsOrganize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business touchpointsUtilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notesManage existing accounts to ensure client satisfactionStay up to date on market trends and competitor activitiesRequirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industryStrong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and planningAbility to build rapport and trust with clientsResults-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targetsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationPersonal Characteristics:
