Equipment Engineer

This position involves creating or modifying equipment designs to enhance efficiency, performance, and reliability, while considering cost, materials, and manufacturing constraints.

Supervising equipment installation and modifications, conducting virtual builds, diagnosing equipment issues, analyzing data to improve performance, managing projects to maintain production capacity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, the role also requires leading maintenance activities, resolving malfunctions, and coordinating with various departments to provide updates and address production challenges.

A four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience, 0-6 years of engineering background, experience in troubleshooting equipment issues, leadership, analytical skills, vehicle quality equipment knowledge, data analysis proficiency, and prior CMMS system experience.

Both office and production environments, with flexibility to support all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and potential travel domestically and internationally.
