** Technician
* * to support MPW operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor support tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments across job sites.

** What You’ll Do
*** Arrive at assigned job sites on time and maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers
* Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers
* Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support job completion
* Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency are consistently met
* Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately
* Maintain work areas, equipment, and break spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times
* Complete required daily documentation, including shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested
* Assist with on-the-job training and support onboarding of new employees or transferred team members
* Follow all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and supervisor instructions
* Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards in all work activities
* Communicate job progress, issues, and updates clearly to supervisors and team members
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
** What You’ll Need
*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable
* Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform continuous physical labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces, at varying heights, and in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and weather conditions; must be able to wear required PPE including respirators
