American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a Sales Quality Coordinator for Post Production Option (PPO) logistics in Lincoln, AL. You will lead quality inspections, verify accessory installation craftsmanship, and drive quality strategies on port-installed and factory-installed vehicle accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct vehicle accessory quality assurance inspections to ensure total alignment with engineering specs.
- Promote sound process design and quality mindset across logistics and accessory installation lines.
- Lead quality improvement activities and audit quality systems to achieve key performance indicators.
- Inspect incoming supplier accessory components and document nonconformances.
- Coordinate defect containment and resolution with logistics teams and accessory suppliers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of manufacturing, quality assurance, or automotive inspection experience.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret quality specifications, torque requirements, and installation manuals.
- Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift hours and occasional weekends based on production needs.
- Independent, detail-oriented worker committed to customer satisfaction.
- Base salary between $51,400 and $77,100 with paid overtime eligibility and annual bonuses.
