We are seeking a Staff Accountant with strong accounting and analytical skills who thrives in a manufacturing environment. This role goes beyond traditional accounting duties and partners closely with operations to support inventory, production, costing, and overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general accounting and month-end close activities
- Analyze inventory, production, and manufacturing costs
- Monitor cost variances and provide financial insights
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Partner with plant operations to improve efficiency and profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to connect operational activities to financial results
A hands-on professional who combines a strong accounting foundation with manufacturing or cost accounting experience and enjoys working cross-functionally to drive business success.
