Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour + commission

Performance reviewed after a 6‑month probationary period. Commission includes a service commission of 5%, retail commission of 10% on selected items, and spa tips of 5%–20% of the service total.

The Spa at Kilaga Springs is a luxury boutique spa within a beautiful retirement community that offers an extraordinary spa experience to all guests. We provide high‑quality skin, massage, and nail services in a resort‑style setting. We are seeking a motivated, licensed Massage Therapist who delivers outstanding customer service and fosters long‑term client relationships.

• Provide the highest standard of treatment, creating a relaxing environment for guests.
• Set up treatment rooms according to procedures and dispose of laundry promptly.
• Begin and end treatments on schedule and ensure correct procedures are followed.
• Encourage upgrades and achieve at least a 25% monthly retail sales goal.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly work environment; keep equipment in safe working order.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies as outlined by State Board regulations.
• Perform 30, 60, and 90‑minute massages and body treatments as required.

• Current California State Massage Therapist License or CAMTC Certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required).
• Ability to perform four 55‑minute massages in a row, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts; 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Saturday.
• Reliable commute to Lincoln, CA 95648.

• Preferably 23 years of experience.

• Knowledge of state licensing and CAMTC requirements.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Proficient in using a laptop for email, scheduling, and time‑keeping.

• Ability to perform four 55‑minute massages in a row, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching during shifts.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Quiet environment with dim lighting.
