HCA Caregiver - Golden Years In-Home Senior Care Position: HCA Caregiver
Location:
Lincoln, CA Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Monitor and document client’s progress, any changes in condition, and report to supervisors as necessary.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
- Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, and caring environment for each client.
- Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
- Valid TB test (within the last 24 months).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers, if required.
- Competitive pay: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience.
