• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally.
• Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures.
• Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business.

The Sales Associate (Retail) position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

• Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, role level, and performance.
• Commission compensation, which may be earned based on the value or amount of closed vehicle sales.

Hourly pay range: $16.90 to $50.00 per hour.

Commission compensation is not guaranteed and may be $0.00 if no sales are made.

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
