We are currently seeking Care Professionals to provide assistance to our clients living in the Lincoln, IL and Springfield, IL area. If you have a genuine caring heart and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors, we are looking for you. Home Instead provides non-medical assistance to Seniors in their homes and is currently has a need for Care Professionals who live in the Lincoln area.

Pay starting at $18.75/hour with Skill differentials and weekend differentials

MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with car insurance.

Duties And Responsibilities Of a Caregiver

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s Care

* Skills training provided by Home Instead
* Requirements To Be a Care Professional

• Ability to lift, pull, push 25 lbs.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possessing a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
