Engagement and Retention Specialist

Position Summary:

The Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist is a passionate, innovative professional with a strong background in Employee Engagement. This role owns and drives team member engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and reinforce alignment with company culture.

• Create, implement, and manage team member engagement, retention, and onboarding strategies, initiatives, and programs in partnership with Human Resources, operations leaders, and cross-functional business partners.
• Conduct team member satisfaction surveys, in-sight sessions, stay interviews, and exit interviews to gather feedback on the employment experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on key turnover and retention metrics, using data to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
• Partner with site leadership to develop and implement customized team member engagement and retention plans for each location, as needed.
• Support new team members through their first 90 days and position them for long-term success.
• Develop and implement programs that support internal growth opportunities, career pathways, and succession planning.

• Minimum three years of human resources experience with a focus on employee engagement is required.
• Multi-location, training, and healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to be flexible, organized, and detailed-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage quantitative insights and drive continual improvement.
