Hourly rate for this position: $39.82 - $52.72 plus $1 shift differential per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, and may vary based on market and business considerations.
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

- Plan, layout, install, maintain, program, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and electronic controls, including PLCs and motion control devices. Perform associated mechanical tasks.
- Create specifications for electrical systems and wiring diagrams for automation controls systems and equipment. Write new code to control computerized systems and robotic devices, using various programming languages such as PLC ladder logic and Visual Basic.
- Work from complicated drawings, specifications, or wiring diagrams and possess hands‑on knowledge of electricity and electronics. Create drawings when necessary for project work and maintain current knowledge of field developments.
- Direct the work of helpers and instruct plant emergency response members. Adhere to all facility safety guidelines, encourage communication, and identify and eliminate potential hazards. Ensure work complies with National Electrical Code requirements.
- Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures, identify pollution prevention projects, and reduce waste and utility consumption. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area and comply with procedures that assure product and process quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a maintenance electronics technician and/or controls in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with PLCs and other electronics equipment.
