Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility in Illinois. The role involves on-site cultivation for cannabis gardens, daily plant care, watering, pruning and trimming, and ensuring product quality in line with Cresco standards.
You will help monitor production, maintain clean and organized production areas, and support the Cultivation Manager with accurate documentation from birth to harvest. Candidate must meet physical requirements and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
