• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred within 90 days of moving
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); company can assist after hire if needed
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
