Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team in Lincoln, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in veterinary care and a strong commitment to animal health and welfare. As a Veterinary Technician, you will assist veterinarians in providing high-quality medical care to our animal patients.

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and treatments.
• Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
• Prepare and maintain surgical and examination areas.
• Provide client education and support regarding pet care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.

• Proven experience as a Veterinary Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
