Overview
Events/Sales Consultant at Urban Air Adventure Parks. The role focuses on selling experiences for parties and events by serving as the first point of contact for guests, designing the ideal combination of food, drinks and attractions for groups, and driving event business through outbound prospecting and community engagement.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and design event packages (food, drinks, attractions) for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other groups.
- Prospect for local organizations through outbound outreach and attend chamber and community events to drive brand awareness and park event bookings.
- Maintain strong phone and computer skills, multitask effectively, and deliver a memorable guest experience.
- Respond to all leads in a timely fashion (same day to next business day).
- Meet and strive to exceed sales goals; book sales three months in advance when possible.
- Proactively prospect and network to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to earn base salary plus commission (unlimited earning potential).
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-faceted family entertainment environments.
- Outgoing, personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new sales skills.
- Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
You will work with the Park Team to sell and deliver exceptional guest experiences for groups, emphasize safety and guest satisfaction, and participate in team-driven efforts to drive financial results.
Working Environment- Non-typical family entertainment environment with notable attractions and events.
- Business casual dress code.
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and/or evenings as needed.
