Lincoln Senior Flats, Lincoln, IL – 57 units senior community.

Job Level: Entry – 1+ years experience.

Position Type:
Part-time with on-call emergency support.

Pay Range: $19 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24‑ to 48‑hour expectation).
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3‑5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Be responsive to on‑call emergencies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and overtime hours).
• Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using a smartphone application.
